Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, transport or related field; master's preferred.
• Formal training in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, or interface coordination is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure lifecycle, transport operations, and interface agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both technical and non-technical contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement frameworks across multi-modal transport systems.
• Negotiate internal governance processes and formal stakeholder agreements with government and industry counterparts.
• Establish governance oversight, stage gates, committees and performance measurement.
• Foster a high-performance team culture embedding governance best practices.
