Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or commercial development.
• Strong track record in structuring and closing high-value sponsorship deals.
• Experience in managing advertising inventory and developing monetization strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Established network of potential sponsors and partners is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship opportunities aligned with the company’s vision and market position.
• Develop, price, and manage sponsorship and advertising packages tailored to different partner segments.
• Create and implement ad placement strategies across digital and physical assets to maximize revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, advertisers, and strategic partners.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure delivery of all sponsorship rights and benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance sponsor visibility and brand alignment.
• Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, ROI, and renewal opportunities.
• Explore new partnership models to expand brand reach and commercial value.
