Job summary

webook.com, a leading Saudi event ticketing platform in Riyadh, seeks a Director of Strategy to establish and lead the Strategy Management Office. You will report to the CSO and collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.

This role emphasizes building a function from the ground up, executing complex projects, and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, transformation, or related field.
• Experience building or leading a Strategy Management Office or similar execution function.
• Background in high-growth, PE-backed, VC-backed, or pre-IPO environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Strategy Management Office with governance models, planning processes, OKR structures, KPI reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews and strategic planning cycles.
• Track execution of company-wide strategic initiatives and ensure accountability across departments.
• Develop reporting frameworks for executive leadership and board visibility.
• Support corporate strategy across existing and future markets and oversee market assessment frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and monitor delivery against targets.
• Evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and venture opportunities with due diligence support.
• Prepare board materials and investor-facing presentations; engage with executives and shareholders.
• Develop frameworks for strategic fit and long-term value creation.
• Lead and develop the strategy team and foster a high-performance culture.
