Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Director of Organizational Development to lead enterprise-wide design, governance, and workforce planning in Riyadh. You will own TOM, job architecture, grading standards, and the governance framework across the group and subsidiaries.

You will partner with Strategy, Finance, HRBPs, and business leaders to integrate organizational considerations into enterprise strategy and transformation programs, setting high-impact standards and scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience in Organizational Development, operating model design, or strategic HR.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide design initiatives and governance.
• Experience setting up OD foundations for subsidiaries or new business entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide organizational design and TOM leadership aligned to strategy and growth.
• Govern OD foundations for group entities, including structure, grading, and job frameworks.
• Provide governance oversight for structural changes and post-merger integrations.
• Act as strategic advisor to ExCo and HR leadership on organizational effectiveness and design.
• Develop and mentor the OD team, build capability, tools, and governance processes.
