Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a seasoned Head of Learning to design and deliver a comprehensive learning architecture that aligns with business priorities and future workforce readiness. You will shape governance, standards, and a unified ecosystem spanning digital and in-person formats.

Lead a high-performing learning organization, partner with business and HR leaders, and drive capability development with data-driven insight.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 8 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven success designing and delivering enterprise learning in complex, fast-paced environments with regional/global scope (Middle East preferred).
Strong understanding of the Saudi learning environment, regulatory, governance, workforce development, and compliance expectations.
Strong experience managing internal stakeholders, external providers, budgets, and learning investment decisions.
Digitally fluent with learning technologies; familiarity with SuccessFactors and Sana preferred.
Experience building internal capability and managing external partnerships; use of learning analytics to show impact.

Responsibilities

Design and lead learning architecture, pathways, curricula, standards, and development journeys across priority capability areas.
Establish and continually improve learning governance, policies, standards, and procedures across Qiddiya.
Lead the growth and integration of the learning ecosystem, including digital platforms and blended learning experiences.
Build and lead a resilient, service-oriented learning organization that partners with the business and delivers with pace and quality.
