Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Programs & Learning Manager to design, implement, and continuously improve high‑quality online learning content for its real estate sales and leasing academy. The Manager will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders to create and deliver content for the curriculum.

You will lead a team of curriculum developers and instructional designers, manage budgets, and drive ongoing improvements through data analysis and participant feedback,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Instructional Design, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• +8 years of managerial experience in curriculum, instructional design or education with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Experience in developing training curricula, course outlines, lesson plans and learning materials.
• Experience working with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and digital content creation tools.
• A proven track record of developing and delivering online training programs, ideally within the real estate sector or related industries.
• Comprehensive understanding of real estate / training industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-quality online academy curricula and content.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and stakeholders to ensure content quality.
• Create structured online courses and training pathways aligned with industry standards.
• Lead curriculum development, QA and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate workshops, webinars, and masterclasses led by industry leaders to supplement the core curriculum.
• Manage relationships with industry professionals and guest instructors to enrich learning experiences.
