Job summary

Aroma City Group is seeking an IT leader to oversee the technology backbone for a luxury residential/hospitality development in Riyadh. The role drives enterprise systems, cybersecurity governance, and smart-building initiatives to enhance guest and resident experiences.

The candidate will coordinate PMS/ERP/CRM/CAFM/BMS implementations, lead digital transformation, and manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and budgets. Saudi/GCC exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline; certifications preferred.
• 2) 8–12 years of progressive IT leadership and project delivery.
• 3) Experience with residential compounds or hospitality is preferred.
• 4) Saudi/GCC exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property-wide network infrastructure, cloud systems, guest/resident Wi-Fi, service desks, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
