Saudi Service Company Limited (SSCL) seeks an experienced HSE Engineer to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across operations in the Kingdom. You will develop strategies, perform risk assessments, lead investigations, and drive compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

You will mentor junior HSE personnel, deliver training, track KPIs, and promote a strong safety culture aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in HSE engineering roles with risk management and compliance focus.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement HSE strategies, programs and risk control measures.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification and JSA across operations.
• Monitor and report HSE KPIs, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Ensure ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance and maintain documentation.
• Mentor junior HSE personnel and promote continuous improvement.
