Job summary

CS & Clarks in Jeddah seeks an experienced HSE leader to oversee the health, safety, and environment strategy. You will ensure ISO standards compliance, drive a culture of safety, and coordinate staff training across the site.

The role includes managing internal audits, conducting HSE risk assessments with line management and shop-floor teams, and developing the Integrated Management System (IMS) to sustain safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in the large construction-related products sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the HSE strategy, ensuring compliance with all ISO standards.
• Cultivate and maintain a culture that upholds high standards of HSE compliance.
• Ensure adequate training for staff in health and safety requirements and best practices, supporting managers in their respective functions.
• Maintain and execute the internal audit schedule in accordance with company policy.
• Facilitate HSE risk assessments, involving line management and factory floor employees.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).
