Jobgether in Saudi Arabia seeks a Head of Finance - R&D to oversee the financial infrastructure, treasury operations, and banking partnerships across multiple entities. You will design a multi-jurisdictional banking network, optimize liquidity, and manage cross-border flows while collaborating with founders and senior leaders.

You will build scalable processes, lead a high-performing team, and drive investment decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in CFO/VP Finance or Head of Treasury in fast-growing tech businesses.
• Proven track record opening corporate bank accounts and establishing efficient payment processes.
• Deep knowledge of AML/KYC and cross-border regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing multi-currency funds, FX exposure, and treasury cost optimization.
• Strong negotiation skills with banks, legal advisors, and financial service providers.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) for leading negotiations.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication with founders and executives.

Responsabilités

• Design and manage a flexible multi-jurisdictional banking network and payment infrastructure.
• Lead multi-entity treasury and liquidity management across currencies.
• Oversee international transfers via SWIFT, SEPA, ACH and other networks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, AML/KYC, and bank due diligence across jurisdictions.
• Build scalable treasury and finance processes from the ground up and grow the team.
• Partner with founders on unit economics and financial modeling.
