Job summary

GRG Banking is seeking a Finance Director to lead finance and administration across Saudi Arabia. You will manage a team of about 10, oversee financial reporting, treasury, tax and legal entity governance, and partner with senior country leadership to drive strategic financial direction.

The role requires deep IFRS expertise, robust accounting knowledge, and strong stakeholder management to navigate a complex regulatory and tax environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in senior roles with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Strong experience operating within a complex FMCG globally operating multinational organisation.
• In-depth knowledge across accounting, IFRS, taxation, treasury and legal entity financial management.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi economic, regulatory and business environment, with excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own finance and administrative functions across Saudi Arabia.
• Lead a team of approximately 10 and oversee financial reporting, treasury, tax and legal entity governance.
• Work closely with senior country and regional leadership as a strategic partner.
• Safeguard strong financial controls and drive process simplification and efficiency.
• Engage with external auditors, tax advisors and government authorities as needed.
