Job summary

As Director - Development, you will guide complex real estate projects from strategy through delivery, balancing commercial, operational, and stakeholder priorities in a dynamic environment.

You will lead end-to-end development strategy, oversee budgets and milestones, and coordinate across architects, engineers, contractors, and government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of leadership experience in large-scale real estate development, including mixed-use projects.
• Strong experience with feasibility analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and project lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external stakeholder relationships.
• Experience negotiating contracts and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development strategy for large-scale mixed-use destination projects.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, feasibility studies, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders across development phases.
• Drive contract negotiations, risk management, and regulatory compliance for development initiatives.
• Mentor development teams and present project updates to senior leadership.
