Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a senior development professional to lead planning, delivery coordination, and activation for Resort Core developments in Saudi Arabia. You will drive end‑to‑end development management, from concept through handover, ensuring quality, schedule, and operational readiness.

The role requires extensive experience in retail/destination development, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex projects within mixed‑use environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop delivery strategies, schedules, and adoption plans for assigned developments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional planning across planning, design, delivery, and operations.
• Monitor development performance and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Engage tenants, partners, and operators to support activation and onboarding.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Property Development, Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Master’s degree in Real Estate Development, Property Development, Retail Development, Urban Development, or MBA

Fluency in English; Arabic preferred
