Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks a seasoned transformation leader to head the Results Delivery Office, translating strategic initiatives into measurable outcomes through disciplined delivery governance, execution cadence, issue resolution, and performance tracking.

You will own day-to-day delivery across the portfolio, govern stage-gate processes, coordinate with CXOs and sponsors, and ensure milestones, risks, and value realization are clearly communicated to executives.

Qualifications

• 10–13 years of experience in transformation, PMO, strategy execution, or enterprise delivery
• Experience managing large-scale strategic/transformation portfolios
• Strong stage-gate and delivery governance experience
• Ideally from strategy consulting, transformation, or a high-performing corporate strategy environment
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day delivery cadence across the company's strategic initiative portfolio.
• Establish and manage weekly delivery rhythms, reviews, and escalation forums.
• Track initiative milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and expected outcomes.
• Own stage-gate discipline and ensure initiatives progress through agreed decision points.
• Act as the escalation point for cross-functional and cross-workstream risks.
• Challenge initiative owners on delays, dependencies, and delivery barriers.
• Work closely with CXOs, sponsors, initiative owners, and functional teams to remove roadblocks.
• Monitor leading indicators and identify delivery risks before they impact outcomes.
• Prepare concise executive updates on progress, risks, decisions required, and value realization.
• Ensure initiatives remain aligned with the company's strategic priorities and expected business outcomes.
• Coach initiative owners and teams on delivery discipline and RDO ways of working.
