Job summary

Accenture Middle East is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee delivery governance across multiple teams and client engagements, ensuring governance, performance monitoring, and alignment with organizational standards.

The role acts as a senior interface between delivery teams, Delivery Managers, and leadership, driving transparency, risk management, and continuous improvement of delivery practices.

You will contribute to audit readiness and ensure consistency in processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery oversight, service governance, or engagement management within complex, multi-team environments.
• Strong understanding of performance management, SLAs, risk and issue management, and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and provide structured, data-driven insights.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to balance governance rigor and operational pragmatism.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, or quality assurance activities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance across delivery teams and client engagements to meet objectives, SLAs, and standards.
• Review delivery performance and monitor KPIs, ensuring timely escalation of risks and issues.
• Support audit readiness and ensure delivery controls and documentation meet requirements.
• Oversee team utilization and capacity to sustain a healthy operating model.
• Communicate status and insights to leadership with structured reporting.
