Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in consumer goods digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Review deliverables for domain-led transformation initiatives.
• Plan and forecast strategies across enterprise engagements.
• Lead domain optimization and ensure governance, quality, and value creation for clients.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor consultants.
• Review and approve documentation ensuring accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Provide guidance to teams to maintain consistency and quality across deliverables.
• Articulate complex technical concepts into clear communications for stakeholders.
• Monitor project financials, optimize resource utilization, and manage margins.
• Identify opportunities in existing accounts and participate in RFP discussions.
• Create whitepapers and reusable frameworks to promote best practices.
