Client of NicheHR Global is seeking a senior leader to own Consumer & Customer Insights, Market Research, and Category Intelligence. You will drive an insights agenda across multiple markets, translating data into strategy for Marketing, Sales, Product and Leadership teams.

The role requires extensive experience in Consumer/FMCG or closely related sectors, evidenced by a track record of shaping business decisions through robust analytics and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the insights strategy across consumer segments.
• Translate research into actionable business opportunities for marketing and product teams.
• Define objectives methodologies and analytics frameworks with stakeholders and agencies.
• Provide senior leadership with regular market and consumer intelligence reports.
