The role requires leading analytics initiatives, managing client relationships, and translating research into strategic recommendations for retail and CRM-focused engagements.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in research-related field, preferably with retail, marketing sciences or CRM emphasis.
• Experience in custom/adhoc survey-based research, especially in consumer insight or brand-tracking solutions.
• Experience in digital analytics would be a further plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, coordinate and manage ad hoc survey-based research projects by understanding client needs and proposing frameworks.
• Prepare proposals addressing clients' business objectives.
• Develop and manage client relationships.
• Brief and train field staff.
• Design questionnaires and discussion guides.
• Analyze data and information to derive insights.
• Develop conclusions and solid recommendations.
• Control costs and budgeting.
• Act as main client liaison.
• Maintain close communication with client decision makers.
• Gather and summarize field data.
• Summarize and analyze secondary data.
