Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a Senior Manager for our Strategic Analytics and Insights team based in Riyadh. You will drive client-centric consumer insight and marketing effectiveness solutions to accelerate top-line growth and deliver ROI through expert business questions and analytics.

Responsibilities include leading research projects, developing client relationships, and guiding fieldwork and data analysis to produce actionable recommendations with strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a research-related field, preferably with retail, marketing sciences or CRM emphasis.
• Experience in custom/adhoc survey-based research, especially consumer insight or brand-tracking; digital analytics a plus.
• Analytical with excellent writing, presentation, and English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and timely delivery.
• Strong client-handling skills and ability to add value and insights to projects.
• Strong initiative, creative thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage ad hoc survey-based research projects by understanding client needs and proposing frameworks.
• Prepare proposals addressing clients' business objectives and develop research plans.
• Develop and manage client relationships, briefing field staff and ensuring clear communication with decision-makers.
• Design questionnaires and discussion guides; analyze data and craft actionable conclusions and recommendations.
• Control costs and budgeting; act as the main client contact and maintain ongoing client engagement.
• Gather field data and summarize secondary data to support insights and strategic recommendations.
