The role oversees day-to-day service department activities, aligns with manufacturer standards, and drives operational excellence. The candidate should have 7–10 years in automotive aftersales, including 3–5 years in a senior supervisory role.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in automotive aftersales/service operations.
• 3–5 years in a Service Manager or senior supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all workshop and service operations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability KPIs.
• Oversee service advisors, workshop controllers, foremen, and technicians.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service revenue and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage warranty processes and service quality standards.
• Analyze operational performance and prepare management reports.
• Control workshop capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Lead employee development, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
