Job summary

OSUS in Riyadh is seeking a Real Estate Coordinator to support end-to-end unit handovers and customer interactions in a dynamic mix-use development environment. You will schedule handovers, lead inspections, explain warranties and after-sales processes, and collaborate with technical teams to log defects.

The role involves updating CRM records and maintaining clear customer communications to ensure a smooth handover experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct joint unit inspections and verify readiness
• Explain unit details, warranties, and after-sales procedures
• Log and follow up on snags/defects with technical teams
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Update customer records and handover status on CRM
