Job summary

OSUS in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Specialist to implement sales in our project in coordination with the Project Sales Manager and team. You will handle real estate sales and marketing operations on-site for commercial, residential, and off-plan units.

The role requires 1–3 years in real estate sales, strong persuasiveness, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will build client relationships, review market updates, and report on performance to meet annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate development or sales.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in dealing with marketers, real estate offices and brokers.
• Has a high ability to persuade and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of marketing and selling commercial properties, residential properties and off-plan sales in the field.
• Constantly reviewing updates in real estate marketing and best practices and applying them.
• Commitment to the annual sales plan by ensuring correct implementation and achieving sales targets and submitting periodic reports.
• Carrying out practical promotion, deployment and marketing of residential and commercial units and vacant spaces to attract customers and achieve sales goals.
• Collect information from competitors regarding prices, payment methods, market growth, and conduct sales analysis.
• Build relationships with potential customers to expand sales opportunities and maintain relationships with key and target customers.
• Search for new strategies and sales methods to increase sales of raw lands, residential and commercial units, and villas.
• Follow-up and confirmation of payment operations as per contracts, alert management of delays, adhere to policy.
• Understand budgets, expenditures, R&D, ROI and P&L projections.
• Submit daily, monthly and annual sales reports reflecting performance and workflow.
• Maintain sales volume by understanding project details and features and explaining them to customers.
• Coordinate with customer experience and marketing to follow up on requirements.
• Forge strong connections with real estate agents and brokers.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
