Job summary

FNRCO is seeking a Property Management Specialist to manage and coordinate the internal handover of projects from construction to property management. You will ensure units, systems, and documentation meet standards and timelines, acting as a liaison between engineering, construction, and property management teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, at least 2 years’ experience, strong communication, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, construction, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the internal handover process between construction and property management teams.
• Ensure all units are inspected and meet quality standards prior to handover.
• Review and verify handover documentation including drawings, manuals, and warranties.
• Identify and report defects and follow up with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain records and reports of handover status and progress.
• Collaborate with engineering and site teams to ensure compliance with project specs.
• Support the preparation of snag lists and ensure closure before final handover.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders for smooth asset transition.
