Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Arabic with Gulf dialects.
• Strong understanding of phonetics, morphology, syntax, semantics, and cultural references.
• Ability to communicate analytical observations with clear examples and evidence.
• Master's degree in Linguistics preferred.
• Experience in linguistics, translation, teaching, or language documentation is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated language and identify linguistic inaccuracies.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model performance.
• Interact with language models in Gulf Arabic across topics and contexts.
• Document errors with reproducible examples and explanations.
• Suggest improvements to prompting, training approaches, and evaluation metrics.
• Contribute to developing high-quality training data for Gulf Arabic.
