Job summary

Abdul Latif Jameel Motors seeks an experienced Service Advisor to drive customer satisfaction through expert vehicle service coordination and clear communication with guests. You will manage pre-acceptance inspections, cost estimates, and delivery timelines, while ensuring repairs meet quality standards.

You will collaborate with technicians, parts, and service teams to optimize workflow, maintain records, and uphold the company’s standards of service and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Service area.
• Must have automotive knowledge (pre-diagnostic questioning, troubleshooting).

Responsibilities

• Carrying out pre-acceptance inspection and recording results.
• Assist in achieving center targets and customer retention.
• Ensure repairs meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Discuss work scope, estimated cost, and delivery time with customers.
• Communicate progress and get approvals for additional parts as needed.
• Maintain guest satisfaction with a Guest Centric service approach.
• Coordinate with Parts and Workshop teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on post-service issues and drive continuous improvement.
