Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Service area.
• English / Arabic.
• Service Advisor Level 2 Certification.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for customer and personal services.
• Basic knowledge of promoting and selling products or services.
• Basic knowledge of production systems designed to improve productivity.
• Time management and monitoring skills.
• Active learning and stress tolerance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, judgment, decision-making, and social perceptiveness skills.
• Computer skills in worksheets, word processing, presentations, and database management.
• Problem sensitivity and inductive reasoning.
• Automotive and technical knowledge, including pre-diagnostic questioning and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate service operations to achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and targets.
• Define and prepare business plans to meet operational targets.
• Provide efficient service using a Guest First mindset.
• Coordinate with the Chief Technician on job assignments, diagnostics, repairs, and final inspections.
• Explain required work, estimated repair costs, and delivery times to customers.
• Coordinate spare parts with the Parts Department to complete repairs and timely vehicle delivery.
• Monitor Job Controller data entry, repair records, and vehicle delivery status.
• Ensure compliance with quality-control policies and procedures.
