Job summary

Abdul Latif Jameel Motors seeks a qualified Service Advisor to manage customer-facing service operations, coordinate with technicians, and ensure high-quality repairs. You will guide pre-acceptance, cost estimates, and delivery timelines, while maintaining guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of service experience, with strong communication and automotive knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Service area.
• Languages: English / Arabic.
• Special Certifications / Membership: Service Advisor Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-acceptance inspection and document results with customer.
• Assist in achieving GDI targets and improve customer retention.
• Ensure repairs meet customer requirements with coordination with Chief Technician.
• Discuss works, estimated costs and delivery times with customers.
• Provide updates on repair progress and obtain approvals for additional parts.
• Support guest-centric service and high-quality after-sales activities.
• Coordinate with Parts Department to secure required spare parts.
• Conduct post-service follow-up for complaints and resolutions.
• Improve customer confidence by adhering to service standards.
• Confirm service repair agreements to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor data entry and status in time-control systems for labor analyses.
• Ensure compliance with quality control policies and branding.
