Job summary

Hadya Group is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team across our facilities in Jeddah. You will ensure rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards while upholding safety protocols, and you will drive guest satisfaction through consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or hospitality management degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in housekeeping; at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to meet cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.
• Train and mentor staff, monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance team efficiency.
• Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement effective cleaning procedures.
• Coordinate special requests with other departments and address guest issues promptly.
• Develop and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
