Job summary

SportPlex Saudi Arabia is seeking a proactive Receptionist Supervisor to lead our front desk team and deliver an exceptional member experience at our premier indoor venue in Jeddah. You will supervise staff, manage bookings and inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Fluency in Arabic and English, 2–3 years in reception supervision, and experience with booking/POS systems are required. This role offers a dynamic environment and growth opportunities within the SportPlex network.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in reception or front-desk supervision (sports/fitness preferred).
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.
• Experience with booking/POS systems and MS Office.
• Organized, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule front-desk team
• Ensure smooth daily reception operations (check-ins, bookings, calls, inquiries)
• Handle escalated member concerns and maintain high service standards
• Oversee bookings, POS transactions, and daily cash reconciliation
• Support membership sales, renewals, and promotions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless facility operations
