• Act on flags and VIP requests.
• Maintain awareness of arrivals, accommodation needs, and departures.
• Prepare records for VIP, extended stays, and repeat guests.
• Answer queries on facilities and tourist information.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Provide assistance to guests during their stay.
• Address and resolve complaints promptly.
