Job summary

CORE Life is seeking a friendly and proactive Guest Relations ambassador to welcome members, manage reception, reservations, and hosting. You will use the CRM and booking system to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the team in achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities include greeting members, handling inquiries, collecting feedback, resolving complaints within standard timelines, and maintaining accurate membership records.

Qualifications

• University Diploma or Bachelor’s; minimum 2 years experience in guest service or customer care in fitness or wellness (hospitality).
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Customer centric with a high level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members professionally and ensure exceptional and consistent service.
• Proactively collect and document member feedback and share it with the team.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain membership administration and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data.
