Hadya Group in Jeddah is seeking a Telephone Operator in the Front Office to shape the first impression of our organization. You will manage incoming and outgoing calls, route inquiries to the right departments, and provide accurate information to guests and staff, ensuring smooth communication and guest satisfaction.

Working in a dynamic hotel environment, you will collaborate with the Front Office team and other departments to improve processes, mentor new colleagues, and uphold high standards

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience as a telephone operator or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in telephone systems and call management software.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and front office procedures.
• Bilingual skills are an advantage, enhancing guest interactions.
• Experience in a leadership role or project management within a team setting.
• Additional certifications in customer service or hospitality management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls efficiently ensuring a high level of customer service and communication.
• Direct calls to appropriate departments and personnel maintaining a detailed log of all communications.
• Assist guests with inquiries providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to innovate and implement improvements in communication processes.
• Mentor and support new team members fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
