Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similarHost/Hostess role within F&B or hospitality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with reservation management software and POS systems.
• Previous experience in upscale dining establishments and team leadership or training roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage their seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort.
• Maintain an organized reservation system ensuring efficient table turnover rates.
• Collaborate with waitstaff and management to coordinate service and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Proactively seek feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and guest engagement.
• Mentor new team members in hospitality best practices to foster a culture of excellence.
