Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. invites an Associate Territory Manager to drive growth in the KSA region from Tabuk City, field-based. You will develop territory plans, onboard key accounts, and collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to orthodontists and dental professionals.

You will use a data-driven, ROI-focused approach to meet quarterly targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and promote Invisalign and iTero adoption across your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, medical devices, dental/orthodontic, capital equipment, or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Business acumen with ROI, P&L, cash flow discussions.
• Comfort discussing Invisalign and iTero clinically.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with orthodontists and dental professionals.
• Identify and onboard high-potential accounts and accelerate their growth.
• Use a consultative, insight-driven selling approach to understand customer needs, challenges, and business opportunities.
• Create strategic account plans for high-potential customers.
• Leverage data and analytics to support customer decision-making and business growth.
• Educate customers on Invisalign and iTero solutions and support successful adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, education, product, and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
