Job summary

SHINING 3D Dental is hiring for a dynamic technical support role in Riyadh to assist dealers, conduct product demonstrations, installations, and training across the digital dentistry portfolio. You will travel regionally for demos and installations, collaborate with R&D and sales, and help improve products based on customer feedback; a car and driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the digital dentistry field within KSA.
• Must own a car and hold a valid Saudi driving license.
• Transferable iqama (for non-Saudi candidates).
• Dental-related degree, or proven experience in the dental industry.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel across KSA regions for demos, installations, and training.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills, comfortable engaging clinicians, KOLs, and dealer partners.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

As a Shining 3D Support team member, you will provide technical support and deliver training to our dealer’s network in your area, attending dental tradeshows and educational events.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

• Provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, installation and debugging, usage training, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
• Train clients on newly launched application solutions and product functions.
• Create application cases, technical documents, and training materials.

Supporting R&D, Business, and Quality

• Record, maintain, and analyze after-sales data; report technical issues to supervisors and R&D, and follow up to drive continuous product optimization.
• Assist R&D in testing new software, hardware, and materials, and provide improvement feedback.
• Support on-site activities such as exhibitions and competitions, presenting product performance to the business team.
• Monitor clients and competitors in the market and feed insights back internally.
• Propose product improvement suggestions based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the digital dentistry field within KSA (intraoral scanning, 3D printing, CAD/CAM, or facial scanning).
• Must own a car and hold a valid Saudi driving license.
• Transferable iqama (for non-Saudi candidates).
• Dental-related degree, or proven experience in the dental industry.
• Solid working knowledge of equipment software and hardware, with the ability to deliver service support for dental products.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel across KSA regions for demos, installations, and training.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills, comfortable engaging clinicians, KOLs, and dealer partners.
• Proactive, responsible, analytical, and a quick learner who works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
