Job summary

Align Technology is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to drive sales in Tabuk City and surrounding areas within the EMEA Saudi Arabia region. You will develop territory strategies, educate orthodontists on Invisalign and iTero solutions, and partner across clinical, marketing, and product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will build long-term relationships with dental professionals, identify high-potential accounts, and use data-driven insights to accelerate growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B sales, medical devices, dental/orthodontic, capital equipment, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Business acumen with the ability to discuss ROI, P&L, cash flow, and growth opportunities.
• Comfortable engaging in clinical discussions around Invisalign and iTero.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with orthodontists and dental professionals.
• Identify and onboard high-potential accounts and accelerate their growth.
• Use a consultative, insight-driven selling approach to understand customer needs, challenges, and business opportunities.
• Create strategic account plans for high-potential customers.
• Leverage data and analytics to support customer decision‑making and business growth.
• Educate customers on Invisalign and iTero solutions and support successful adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, education, product, and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
