Job summary

Jobtailor in Riyadh is seeking an entry-level Sales Associate to engage prospects via phone, email, social media, and digital channels to generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.

You will identify customer segments, route opportunities to the appropriate Sales Team, collaborate with marketing and channel partners, and maintain accurate forecasting while tracking activities against weekly and quarterly goals. Tamheer eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Tamheer program eligibility required.
• Fresh graduate with 0–1 year of experience.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospect customers via phone, email, social media, and digital channels to generate qualified meetings.
• Identify customer segments and route opportunities to the appropriate Sales Team or Inside Sales Hub.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams using account-based sales approaches and campaign-driven pipeline generation.
• Build knowledge of Infobip’s solutions and how they address customer business challenges.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and track activities against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
• Use Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to manage prospecting activities and maintain data quality.
• Qualify inbound leads and support lead management activities across the region.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and feedback sessions to develop sales and communication skills.
