Mastercard is seeking a Business Analyst in Riyadh to help identify and advance opportunities across key customers and sectors. You will support market research, client proposals, and business cases, while analyzing pipeline performance and collaborating with Sales, Product, Consulting, Finance and Delivery teams.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys analytical problem-solving, data work, cross-team collaboration, and contributing to commercial growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between June 2026 and August 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent strategic and conceptual thinking with ownership mindset.

Responsabilités

What You Will Do

As a Business Analyst within Services Business Development you will support the team in identifying and advancing business opportunities across key customers and sectors.

Responsibilities will include

• Conducting market customer and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
• Supporting the development of Client proposals presentations and business cases
• Analyzing sales pipeline revenue performance and business metrics to generate insights and recommendations
• Assisting with opportunity tracking forecasting and reporting activities
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders across Sales Product Consulting Finance and Delivery teams
• Preparing materials for customer meetings business reviews and leadership updates
• Contributing to strategic initiatives and projects aimed at growing Mastercard s Services business
• Developing a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem financial services industry and Mastercard s products and solutions
