Job summary

Mastercard’s 18‑month Launch Program in Saudi Arabia offers a hands‑on, mentored path to skilled business development experience. As an Associate Analyst in Services BD, you will identify opportunities, build client proposals, and learn how enterprise sales and product delivery intersect to drive growth.

Ideal candidates are current undergraduates or graduates with graduation between June 2026 and August 2027, and can start on 1 September 2027 while contributing to Mastercard’s payments

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an expected graduation between June 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start on 1 September 2027.
• Strong analytical, strategic aptitude and a high level of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the development of Client proposals, presentations, and business cases.
• Analyze sales pipeline, revenue performance, and business metrics to generate insights and recommendations.
• Assist with opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Consulting, Finance, and Delivery teams.
• Prepare materials for customer meetings, business reviews, and leadership updates.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects aimed at growing Mastercard's Services business.
• Develop a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, financial services industry, and Mastercard's products and solutions.
