Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in Government Relations, HR, or similar role, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi government platforms and procedures.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Saudi National preferred.

We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for a Government Relations Executive with strong knowledge of government procedures and a passion for providing efficient support to our hotel and colleagues.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Handling government-related transactions and ensuring all required documents are completed accurately
  • Managing and following up on employee Iqama, visa, work permit, and related government procedures
  • Coordinating with government authorities and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Ensuring all government documents, licenses, and permits are valid and up to date
  • Maintaining accurate records of government transactions and employee documentation
  • Keeping the HR team updated on government requirements, regulations, and pending matters
What We Need from You:
  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Two or more years of experience in Government Relations, HR, or a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi government platforms and procedures
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills

  • Saudi National preferred
