Qualifications

This position is open to candidates of Egyptian nationality who are fluent in Arabic and possess a valid visa or residency permit in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on all matters related to immigration laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Prepare and file visa applications, work permits, family sponsorship requests, and other immigration-related documents on behalf of clients
• Represent clients in court proceedings related to their immigration status
• Conduct thorough research on complex immigration cases as needed
• Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Attend meetings with government officials or other legal professionals as required

Requirements:
