Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking an experienced Media Services Specialist to oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of essential services for media representatives at a major international football tournament. The role focuses on coordinating media transportation, accommodation, and catering to ensure smooth operations throughout the event.

Preferred candidates have background in media operations at large sporting events or related hospitality and transportation roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, event operations, hospitality, or service coordination.
• Experience in transportation, accommodation, catering, or hospitality within large events is preferred.
• Experience at major sporting events or international tournaments is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to manage schedules and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational services required by media representatives throughout the tournament.
• Support planning and delivery of transportation, accommodation, and catering arrangements.
• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, catering suppliers, venue teams, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate service lists, schedules, and records; monitor delivery and resolve issues.
• Ensure arrangements align with match schedules and operational requirements.
• Prepare and monitor rooming lists, reservations, and accommodation schedules.
• Forecast meal requirements and communicate catering quantities in advance of match days.
• Coordinate transportation plans and respond to schedule changes or disruptions.
• Prepare operational plans, forecasts, and reports; escalate risks to management.
