Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking an experienced Media Operations Supervisor to support the coordination and delivery of media operations for a major international football tournament at designated venues.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day facilities readiness, coordinate with venue teams, media representatives, and other tournament departments, and supervise operational staff to ensure smooth, on-time delivery before, during, and after matches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in media operations, venue operations, or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating venue facilities, operations teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare operational reports, schedules and checklists.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily media operations at assigned tournament venues.
• Ensure media facilities, work areas and resources are prepared and ready.
• Support implementation of media operations plans, procedures and schedules.
• Coordinate with departments to address media requirements efficiently.
• Supervise assigned operational personnel and maintain shift reports.
