Qualifications

• Proven experience in media operations, venue operations, event operations, or similar operational role.
• Experience at major sporting events or large-scale live events is highly desirable.
• Experience coordinating venue facilities, operational teams, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to changing operational requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare operational reports, schedules, and checklists.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily media operations at assigned tournament venues and ensure facilities, workspaces, and resources are prepared.
• Oversee readiness and daily functioning of designated media areas and facilities; liaise with venue ops, IT, security, and other teams.
• Support match-day operations, ensuring arrangements align with schedules and venue requirements; respond to changes and issues promptly.
• Act as operational point of contact for venue teams and media stakeholders; communicate updates and follow up on tasks.
• Supervise operational personnel, maintain logs, incident records, and shift reports; provide updates on readiness and activities.
