Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking an experienced Media Operations Supervisor to coordinate and deliver media operations for a major international football tournament. You will oversee day-to-day media facilities, resources and operational requirements at designated venues to support accredited media reps throughout the competition.

This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills with experience in media or venue operations at large-scale events.

Qualifications

Experience in media operations, venue operations or large-scale events.
Proven ability to coordinate venues, operations teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and match days.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily media operations at assigned tournament venues.
Ensure media facilities, work areas and resources are prepared and ready.
Support the execution of media operational plans, procedures and schedules.
Coordinate with venue operations, IT, security and other teams to address requirements.
Monitor activities and resolve issues affecting media operations.
Oversee readiness and daily functioning of media areas and facilities.
Support match-day media operations before, during and after matches.
Communicate updates and escalate significant challenges to management.
