Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking an experienced Media Services Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of essential services for media representatives during a major international football tournament.

The role focuses on coordinating media transportation, accommodation, and catering, ensuring all arrangements are planned and delivered in alignment with match schedules and operational requirements. This is an operational services role, not media production or journalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, event operations, hospitality, or service coordination.
• Experience in transportation, accommodation, catering, or hospitality operations.
• Experience at major sporting events or large-scale international tournaments is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, forecasts, and reports accurately.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and on match days, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Media Services Coordination: coordinate operational services for media representatives; plan and deliver transportation, accommodation, and catering; liaise with hotels, transport providers, catering suppliers, venue teams, and internal departments; maintain service lists and schedules; monitor delivery and resolve issues; align with match schedules and operational requirements.
