Job summary

International Maritime Industries is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end material logistics in Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with stakeholders, oversee logistics providers, and monitor shipments for safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery in line with incoterms and IMI policies.

The role requires 3–6 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience Minimum 3–6 years in a related role.
• Languages: English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to IMI policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate logistics plans and material movements from supplier to IMI.
• Provide quotations for materials delivery to purchasing/estimating teams.
• Manage delivery schedule by SEA, AIR, ROAD.
• Monitor logistics provider performance against KPIs.
• Process and verify logistics invoices in ERP system.
• Collaborate with purchasing to define incoterms (FOB, CFR, CIF, FAS, etc.).
• Prepare flow of documents from suppliers to logistics departments.
• Coordinate with finance for payments to logistics providers.
