Job summary

Armada is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist with 5+ years of regional supply chain experience in Saudi Arabia. You will manage import processes, oversee seaport operations, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

The role requires deep knowledge of Saudi customs, border procedures, and Incoterms 2020. You will travel across the Middle East in a matrix organization, coordinating with sales, procurement and legal teams while maintaining accurate tracking

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in logistics and international trade.
• Experience in an international or matrix corporate structure.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import processes in line with Saudi laws.
• Oversee seaport operations and clear freight at land borders.
• Apply Incoterms 2020 to minimize risk and costs.
• Maintain shipment visibility and compliance dashboards.
