SEVEN is seeking a Manager - HRBP to provide strategic HR support to its operations teams in Saudi Arabia. You will act as a bridge between HR and business units, aligning HR practices with business goals and improving employee experience across the complex.

In this role you will partner with the GM on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness, lead HR operations, governance, and data-driven reporting to support regional growth and resilience.

Formación

• 6+ years in HR business partnering.
• Experience in supporting regional or multi-site operations is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree required; professional HR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support to the operations team and liaise between HR and business units.
• Align HR practices with business goals and enhance employee experience.
• Lead day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with SEVEN policies and procedures.
• Advise the GM on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Implement engagement programs and conduct pulse checks to address workforce concerns.
