Job summary

DataVolt is seeking a senior events and communications lead in Riyadh to drive the group’s brand messaging and events program across the GCC and beyond. You will own DataVolt’s events calendar from planning to execution, deliver high‑profile events such as FII and LEAP, and support the broader communications effort in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Eight years of experience with events, corporate communications and marketing.
• Willing to work outside normal hours and travel extensively in KSA and internationally.
• Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent corporate and industry events.
• Experience with major platforms such as FII, LEAP, GITEX or similar.
• In-house or agency experience in tech, telecom, energy, infrastructure or giga-projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Ability to translate technical and commercial topics into clear content for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive DataVolt’s events calendar from planning to execution.
• Support the wider communications program and initiatives for business growth in English and Arabic.
• Lead events in KSA (including FII and LEAP) and mature the events strategy in the US and Central Asia.
• Coordinate venue, speakers, VIPs, travel, logistics, and budgets.
• Write and edit communications content for announcements, press releases and talking points.
